About Cabal Cellars
Cabal Cellars is a collaboration of great minds creating unique Arizona wine. The teams from Passion Cellars and Salvatore Vineyards participate in a “custom-crush” collective. Employees are involved in each aspect of the winemaking process from selecting the grape varietals, to choosing the wine-making style, creating unique blends, and designing the labels.
Cabal Cellars takes winemaking to new heights combining traditional methods with innovative twists. Each wine is crafted from grapes harvested in Wilcox, Arizona and aged in a specific traditional processes to create a unique wine found only at Cabal Cellars. Notable variations include a dry Moscato and a fruity Chablis Chardonnay.
