About Le Buzz Cafe

I’ve heard about Le Buzz Cafe for quite some time, but never really was interested in trying it… that is until I was recovering from shoulder surgery! My significant other had been there several times and she always raved about it. I was not opposed to trying it, but sometimes trying new things can be tricky while in a full sling and bolster. There was no room to sit in this set up so we ordered to-go.

When we got home, the containers were super heavy. This is always a good sign that you got what you paid for. I had the Pollo Verde sandwich and she had the LA sandwich. Both were awesome! Plus, they have amazing waffle fries. Never have we gotten them home from other places without being cold and limp. Not sure how they pulled that off!

One great thing to note is that they have local beer and wine (hence the addition to AZbottle). Flying Leap Vineyards is in the same plaza so it kinda makes sense that they are available there. They also have beer from Harbottle Brewery. Sadly, due to my rotator cuff surgery and the recovery, I steered away from alcohol this time around 🙂

A bit about Le Buzz from their website

It was 1996 and the birth of “Cool Coffee”… We were living in Los Angeles and our mission was to move back to Tucson—where most of us grew up drinking Folgers—to create the buzz of an Italian neighborhood espresso bar. Our wish being for all who entered Le Buzz to be cheered by the friends & strangers they met there, to say “wow!” about what they consumed, and to leave encouraged to “have a peaceful day.”

26 years later… same goal… 2 locations.
