About SunUp Brewing Company
Sun Up Brewing was opened in 2006, after taking over the Sonoran Brewing facility that was there for decades. With new opportunities on the horizon, we decided to create some of the finest craft beers the world has to offer such as our Trooper IPA and award-winning White Russian. Each batch is made meticulously by our German brewmaster, Uwe. We have dozens of beers we produce, ranging from double IPAs to sours. We also make contracted beers for other local businesses who have recipes of their own, such as our good friends at Craft 64. Just yards away from our brewery is where our taproom is located, open for all patrons of our fine craft beer. We hope if you are nearby you’ll stop in and imbibe!
